Placing Orders:

All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an order confirmation email.

Shipping Policies:

While we provide estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed and are subject to variations due to customs, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. The risk of loss for items purchased from us transfers to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Return and Refund Policy:
We want you to be delighted with your Original Do-It-Yourself Nativity Scene Kit. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.

• Condition of Return:
  To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in its original condition.
• Return Process:
  To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@themanger.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
• Return Shipping:
  For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Refund Processing:
  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

While users have the option to check out as guests for a streamlined experience, account creation is available for your convenience to track orders and manage personal information.
